INTERVIEW: John Weeks - Living without fingerprints. 22 June 2023 John Weeks is an Aussie author who's book 'Living Without Fingerprints' is a must read for anyone (or anyone who knows someone) suffering from trauma. He was involved in a petrol explosion in a moving vehicle and his book is a detailed account of every single moment of that horrific event and his road to recovery. Jay and Dunc have a very honest and open chat with this absolute legend and our newest member of the Mad Dog Club! |

Some of us from the Burn Support Group have had the privilege of meeting this fabulously inspiring young lady while attending Burns Congress and Forum. Tiana has shared her brave and courageous story in the latest edition of "Australian That's Life" magazine. It is wonderful to see her confident smile as she continually embraces life and the people around her. "I feel so loved and very humbled by all the messages and kind words from all of you. Words can't express the feelings I have right now, especially since watching it with my daughter. The first scenes with the bang and then hospital scene, she started balling her eyes out saying ,' I don't want you to die, Daddy', really got me teary-eyed. Then the million questions during the show! LOL. I have so many people to thank. There's too many to mention in one post, but they all know who they are.. I'm forever grateful for everything and it's turned me into the person I am today. Thank you so much for staying by me and being there through thick and thin; before, during and after the accident. I love you all regardless of our current situation at the moment. Love you all and thank you for watching xxxx
