On Saturday 2nd October 2010, Southern Stars Charitable Trust staged three live pantomimes in aid of Burn Support Group Charitable Trust.
This year’s show was ‘Pinocchio’. George, Hariata, Nathalie and Carrie were there through out the day handing out goodies to around 8000 people. It was a fantastic to see so many children and their caregivers, having such a great time. Everyone also got a chance to meet the cast, and get their faces painted.
At the beginning of each show Burn Support Group were presented a cheque, which was raised from the brilliant team at Southern Stars Charitable Trust.
Burn Support Group would like to take this opportunity to thank Southern Stars Charitable Trust and the Auckland Community for their support during this year's campaign.
This photo below shows George Stephens President of Burn Support Group Charitable Trust , Carrie Trow Secretary/Administrator and the cast from Pinocchio receiving a cheque for $70,000 from Southern Stars Charitable Trust.
