Dear Parents,

If you have a child interested in attending our camp in January 2011 at Chosen Valley Christian Camp, Ararimu, South Auckland please contact me for more information.

If you decide to go ahead and have your child join us for a fun filled weekend all we ask is for you to fill in the details below and send us a $20 donation as a sign of your commitment and deposit to secure their place at the 2011 camp by 10 December 2010.

The camp itself will be FREE for the children attending!
